Runes have always been considered magic writting and by using them in decorative boarders and trim, I can often tell a more complete story (or get away with terrible little jokes). Originally I used many different futhorcs (rune alphabets), but as people attempted to decipher them, I settled on one very powerful early Germanic Futhorc.
