We don't have artifically low prices and then hit you with ridiculous shipping and handling fees. We Don't Have Any Handling Fees! We feel that that is simply our cost of doing business and you shouldn't be penalized because you buy through mail order. Charges are based directly on USPO Priority shipping table and the weight of your order. To find out how much shipping charges will be, simply order the item you are interested in and begin check out. After you enter your name and address the shipping will be automatically calculated before you pay for the order. At that time you can cancel your order or go back to shopping without placing the order. PROBLEMS ORDERING ON-LINE: If when you try to place your on-line order you are being asked for a user id and password simply press the "sign out" link in the upper right hand corner of the order form. Chances are that there is another computer user who uses your computer and who has signed onto a Yahoo service (such as yahoo mail) and when placing an order the system asks to confirm this information. This is for use of Yahoo Wallet and other programs that use "cookies". All you need to do is sign out and you will then be able to place your order. If you are still having problems ordering on line please give our customer service a call at 1-770-253-4147. PROBLEMS ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR SHOPPING CART: Our System requires that the "Accept Cookies" function be enabled for our shopping cart to register multiple purchases during your online session. You can find the "Accept Cookies" in the properties or preferences section of your browser's set up screen. Most browsers are automatically set to default to accept cookies. If you wish, you can always disable cookies after you have placed your order. If this does not solve the problem, some firewall and pop-up blocking software will not allow you to place multiply items in your cart. Try disabling these while you place your order and you should be fine. By the way, Area 51 Collectibles does not send out anything that will harm your PC when cookies are enabled. AVAILABILITY: Everything listed on this site is in stock unless stated otherwise in the description, (like pre-orders). We update the site 7 days a week to keep it accurate. Overselling can occur occassionally but we will notify you right away.. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:When placing an order from one of these countries select International Shipping as your shipping option. The program will default to $0 in shipping, we will then e-mail you with a shipping quote based on your location. We generally ship international orders via US Post Office because it is the most cost effective. We do reserve the right no to sell to some international destinations where fraud is rampant. SALES TAXES AND DUTIES: For United States customers there is no sales tax except for orders shipping to our home state of Georgia. For international customers we legally must fill out all required customs forms with the retail price and indicate that it is merchandise. We are not responsible for any duties other governments may place on your order. THE ENVIRONMENT: We take our responsibilites concerning the environment seriously.
