 Sue Poeteete is the official artist of Emmett Kelly Jr. Sue was awarded the license to be the current official artist of Emmett back in 1997 but has been professionally painting for more than 20 years. She is world renown for her work particularly with clowns and has a piece on permanent display at the "National Clown and Laughter Hall Of Fame". Sue holds memberships in numerous Art Associations and is a member of the NATIONAL MUSEUM OF WOMEN IN THE ARTS in Washington, DC.
